When Will My Sofa Be Delivered?

Delivery times can vary depending on stock availability, your location, and the sofa you have ordered.

In-stock reclining sofas and fabric sofas in standard colours are generally delivered within 10–12 working days.

Bespoke fabric sofas are made to order in your chosen fabric and usually take approximately 4–6 weeks for delivery.

Once your order has been placed, a member of our team will contact you to confirm the estimated delivery time and keep you updated.

How Do I Prepare for My Delivery?

We strongly recommend measuring your space carefully to ensure your new sofa will fit, helping to avoid any disappointment on delivery day. Please also make sure the route to the room is clear of any clutter. We advise removing pictures or wall hangings in advance to reduce the risk of accidental damage.

Delivery Day

On your agreed delivery day, you will receive a call providing approximately 2 hours’ notice before our team arrives. Our two-person delivery team will assemble your sofa and remove all packaging, leaving you free to sit back and enjoy your new furniture.

Delivery Cancellations & Missed Deliveries

As we use a third-party delivery company, we require at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule your delivery to another available date.

If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, or if no one is home at the time of delivery, an additional delivery charge will apply.
